The configurations are almost the same, and I've experimented with various graphics settings, but none achieve peak performance. Someone on a Discord server mentioned they might have inserted a cable from their GPU into the motherboard, which raised my concerns. It seems I'm getting maximum speed, not balanced output, and I don't currently use any monitoring tools for the motherboard. I haven't enabled V-Sync, G-Sync or NIS. Could it be that my monitor is throttling the signal or the HDMI is affecting performance?

Referring to a previous comment, it appears my processor isn't functioning at all.

It's about 60°C on the GPU, and the CPU occasionally reaches 85°C to 95°C.

The most recent time you changed the thermal paste on the CPU was [insert time]. During the Prime95 stress test or the CPU test in OCCT, keep an eye on the temperatures; the CPU could be throttling.

I swapped it after installing my new motherboard about 4 to 5 years ago. When I check my CPU later, I usually come back online within about 3 hours.
