there are problems on my computer while playing games. the monitor suddenly turns black and displays "no signal," though the pc fans and lights are still functioning. i tried resetting the graphics drivers using the pressing keys, but only a beep was heard. the drivers are up to date. the system runs on a ryan z 3600 with an rtx 2060, using msi vdh pro wifi.

Does the machine stay powered while only the screen and fans are active? Or does everything except the fans and RGB lights shut down? I'm surprised a 550 PSU would be sufficient with these conditions. If just the RGBs and fans turn on, it's probably the power supply issue. If only the display turns off but the system still functions, it might be a faulty GPU, HDMI port, or card overheating.

when it occurs, all the fans and RGB function properly even on the GPU. I’m disconnecting from the discode as well, and I can’t see anything when checking with my phone—especially since I wasn’t in the voice channel. Pressing Ctrl+Win+Shift+B to reset drivers only produces a beep sound. I’m trying to check the GPU and CPU, but nothing happens randomly. This only happens during gaming.

Hmm, that doesn't sound right. It shouldn't be related to a simple display port problem. This shouldn't affect your connection to anything. A cable issue would only impact the display. If it's a GPU or driver problem, the game would crash instead of disconnecting you. I wish I had the answer. From an IT learning perspective, this is quite interesting.

Hi
Steven1011
I encountered the same issue too, when playing a Biomutant game on my PC it would restart automatically. After checking various articles, I discovered the most effective fix. I’ll share the link to the article and walk through the steps. I hope it helps with all the errors you’re facing:-
