I was in Far Cry 6 and viewing a video when suddenly everything stopped. The mouse lights turned off but the keyboard and mousepad stayed on. I tried turning off the PC with the power button, but it wouldn’t shut down. This happened before—about a year ago during Rainbow Six Siege and again about two months ago while playing Dead By Daylight, both using EAC anti-cheat. I blamed it then. I also posted about it on August 17th, describing how audio cut off and the screen froze right after. No buttons responded, even after flipping the PSU switch. Since Far Cry 6 doesn’t have an anti-cheat system, I’m puzzled by these repeated freezes. What do you think?
