Hello new member. I recently changed my 1060 to MSI Ventus 3060 and experienced some issues with my small TV freezing or crashing on my PC. With two monitors (an old AOC 1080p and a Gigabyte G34WQC at 1440p), the problem only occurs when switching HDMI cables—when the 1080p monitor isn’t connected, the Gigabyte and TV work fine, but vice versa. This never happened with the 1060. I’ve updated drivers for the 3060, refreshed Windows, and plan to update BIOS and chipset drivers soon. I’m a bit puzzled and looking for advice—could it be the small TV or the cable? Here are my specs: AMD 5600X, MPG X570, WIFI 16GB, Patriot RAM, 3060 Ventus, 2x 3TB storage, Corsair 550CX.

Triple display might be the root cause. It seems some newer cards struggle with this configuration. A recent discussion highlighted the issue only when three displays were connected together. If you have another monitor or screen, try using a different one to verify if the problem persists. Outside of new hardware, no known solution exists. You could attempt a different PCI slot for the card, especially if you have an x16 port available. Make sure to update your BIOS and VBIO settings. Hopefully, this will resolve the issue.
