I also tried AMD's DDU, assuming it might be a driver conflict, but cleaning the installation didn't resolve the issue.

Download the Malwarebytes Premium trial, perform a full scan, then download Ccleaner. Run a registry-only scan, remove any detected threats.

Additionally, run defragment and Optimize Drives, and improve your storage devices.

We're using the stock cooler. The temperature is a bit elevated, but it shouldn't fail if it doesn't reach 100°C.

It’s helpful to keep your computer running smoothly. Try the Malwarebytes Premium trial, adjust the settings, run a root scan, and perform a full system and registry check. Consider using Cleaner.exe multiple times and run the Defragment and Optimize Drives utility. This approach can help identify issues, often starting with one simple step to narrow down the problem. Also, set the performance plan in the power plan settings.

Start with this step before moving on to troubleshooting. It should be straightforward if you use the control panel, though I’m not sure if that’s current information.

This didn't address the issue. Your computer has always been well optimized from the start.
