In short, you're experiencing random PC restarts while gaming and opening certain software recently. It seems to happen intermittently—sometimes multiple times an hour, other times for days. Earlier this year a power supply issue resolved the problem, but now it's recurring. During the last incident, the system would almost shut down with a clicking sound before restarting. Temperatures are normal (around 70°C CPU, 80°C GPU), and no minidump files were found, suggesting it wasn't a full crash. You've updated BIOS and drivers, tried OCCT stress tests, but haven't seen a complete fix.
