My computer freezes occasionally and I have to shut it down completely each time before rebooting. The error details from Event Viewer are shown in the attached pictures. Here are some driver scanning tools you might consider. Avoid third-party apps that warn about updates or system issues—they can cause problems. DriverBooster and similar services have a reputation for damaging systems.

the psu is fairly recent ... it's a dell psu ... model i can't recall. didn't experience any voltage/power problems during gaming or otherwise

You're not powerful enough for your setup, especially in terms of wattage. My last card was an RTX 3060 Ti — it had the same 'requirement' and I didn’t face any issues. This is the same with yours. The PC freezes even when idle. The issue probably isn't here.
