PC shuts down during the process of starting Valorant
Hello! It seems we faced an issue a while back when the system needed a new format because Windows couldn't fix itself. We had to reinstall our applications, including Valorant. Most of the other programs and games are working properly, but Valorant always restarts the whole PC during the loading process—just opening it to play, not starting a match. This was different from the previous Windows version, and now we can't access it. We've tried turning off the antivirus, deleting it, and even reinstalling Valorant again, but nothing helped. The PC isn’t overheating, and we recently swapped out the graphics cards, though that didn’t resolve the problem. Are there any other steps we might consider? Thanks!
i3 9100f paired with MSI H310m Pro-VH Plus
Teamgroup equipped with 8GB DDR4 RAM at 2400mhz
MSI Ventus GTX 1650 GDDR6 GPU (new model, previous one was a 750ti)
Storage setup includes three drives:
- Kingston A400 120GB SSD for boot drive
- Seagate Barracuda 1TB HDD (ST1000DM010-2EP102)
- Hitachi 500GB HDD
- Huntkey GS 500 (HK500-31FP), also new with the GPU, previous PSU was a "700" watt unit
