I bought two recent games, Atomic Heart and Dying Light 2, but they’re causing problems. At first, everything ran smoothly at high settings, but after roughly ten minutes of play, crashes occurred. I suspected the issue might be with Atomic Heart being in early access, yet it happened with Dying Light 2 too. My PC also displayed a BSOD with the "System Service Exception" error. I reduced graphics to minimum, ran a disk repair, and even reinstalled Windows 11, but the problem continues. You mentioned it could be linked to my new SSD. I haven’t had these issues before on my old HDD. Would moving the games to an older drive help? It’s good to know Windows works normally otherwise. Here are my specs: processor AMD Ryzen 3 3200G, Radeon Vega, 3600 MHz; 16 GB RAM; GPU RX 6650 XT NVMe SSD; 1TB WD Black HDD; motherboard ASUS Prime B450M-A; power supply EVGA 500W; 6.0Gb/s SATA 3.5". All parts are brand new, bought within the past four months. Appreciate any help with fixing this. Thanks!

Are the parts adequately chilled? They might be experiencing thermal throttling, leading to problems. Switching the games to another drive could also help, it would be wise to test.

under full load the CPU reaches 65°C while the GPU stays at 70°C. I'm checking if relocating it back to the old HDD helps.

I've already tested that the BSOD wasn't the problem, and I even rolled back to Windows 10 just to investigate further. Now only certain games, like RDR2, aren't working anymore. I've been playing them with lower graphics settings, but my new PC's power supply seems fine—checked on another machine.

Relocating the game to the hard drive didn't solve the problem, indicating it's not related to the PSU, SSD, or GPU. The issue might lie with the motherboard instead. It could be a faulty CPU, but performance was perfect during the stress test.

You're asking for clarification, but I need more details to understand your point. Could you explain what you mean?

I completed the process to identify the BSOD cause and resolved the problem, ensuring the fix addressed the root rather than just the symptoms.
