Hello everyone, my recent setup often freezes during startup. It can last a few minutes or freeze while Windows loads its spinning indicator. Usually, it freezes within ten seconds after powering on. There are no blue screens or error messages, though sometimes the PC restarts itself when I press the reset switch. My components include: Intel i9 12900k, EVGA 3080ti graphics, Asus Prime Z690-A motherboard, Corsair Vengeance 2x16 DDR5 5200, Corsair RM 1000x1000w PSU, a 240GB Kingston SSD, and an H150i AIO cooler.

I've tried various solutions: changing RAM configurations, testing with and without the 3080ti, using different GPUs, disabling fast boot, clearing CMOS, removing the battery, installing Windows on multiple drives, reseating everything, and even booting in safe mode. These steps brought slight improvements but frequent freezes persisted.

I’m starting to think my CPU might be faulty, as that would explain the issue. The motherboard could also be a factor, though it seems less likely. Let me know if you have any ideas.
