Update
No. 7 worked.
It turns out both my 4GB ram sticks failed!? I don’t know how or why, especially after testing the GPU—which is really strange. Luckily, I had a spare stick to try.
Could the GPU I bought be faulty? Might it harm other parts? Or is this just a coincidence that both sticks died on me?
I’m now worried about reinstalling the GPU and should I reach out to the seller who gave it to me?
