Hello everyone, welcome to the forum for the first time. I have a ROG Strix GL 702VM with a GTX 1060, an i7 6700 HQ, and 16 GB of RAM. I run the game at reasonable graphics settings, using only a small portion of available memory. Despite this, I consistently experience micro stutter when driving or moving the camera. I've tried all the suggestions online—like enabling vsync in NVIDIA Control Panel, switching off Gsync, and adjusting settings for performance. Still, the problem persists. I'm only playing this game now because of this issue. Thank you for your help!

Play at your preferred resolution and do you own a 3GB or 6GB 1060?

Sorry for the delayed response—I haven’t received any notifications lately. I’m using 1080 resolution and have disabled shadow effects. The problem seems specific to this game, as my other demanding titles run smoothly. Thank you for your help.
