PC seems to behave oddly.

Hi, your computer is having some strange issues with Blender and the desktop. The icons seem to get a black square when you hover over them, and your background disappears periodically. A system restore didn’t help. Someone might recommend checking for malware, updating drivers, or trying a clean installation.

Do you have the complete system details? What are the idle temperatures for the CPU and GPU? Is there any video cable that might be a bit loose?

Click the start button, open Device Manager, verify it shows your GPU(s) and avoid the term "Basic Microsoft Display Adapter." Those black squares and poor scores seem like the GPU driver crashed.
