It might be that your GPU is malfunctioning and leading to Windows installation issues. If you're unable to install Windows with the dGPU connected, attempt it again after removing the 6800XT and using the integrated graphics.

You fixed the installation and Windows started working, but the black screen returned after resetting the PC. It seems like a hardware problem might be the cause now.
