Hello, I'm really frustrated with my PC. I've tried everything in the tutorials and forums, but nothing works. The issue happens when I'm about to install Windows—when the Windows logo appears, the headset and keyboard RGB lights switch on and off, then the PC restarts. It doesn't go through the setup utility; the BIOS seems fine, everything is default. In BIOS there are no restarts or overheating problems. I changed all components except the motherboard, but nothing has improved. Please help me.

Specs:
Motherboard: Asus tuf Z370 Plus Gaming
CPU: Intel i5-9500
SSD: Team Group 512gb NVMe
RAM: 8GB Corsair Vengeance Pro RGB 3200MHz
Power Supply: Gigabyte P1000GM
Cooler: 1st Player Mothra 360mm AIO

Hello there! The system you're referring to appears to be quite recent. For your build's AIO, could you share a photo of it with the AIO facing the right direction? Also, are the fins on the radiator obstructed?

The motherboard is quite old while all components are brand new. The AIO is set vertically, there are no blocked fins in the radiator, and the BIOS temperature stays between 32 and 38 °C during idle.
