In terms of shutdowns, it might be better to switch to a different PSU, and check if that resolves the issue. Regarding download speeds, I can't assist further except by suggesting you uninstall and reinstall the Wi-Fi adapter drivers.

motherboard lacks wifi, adapter not required. If it's a psu, it comes with a 10-year warranty, so you could return it and get a replacement.

I believe I should submit a return request, as I managed to lower the GPU to 80% power with afterburner and it worked without issues, but then increased it back to full and it crashed within five minutes. My other PSU isn't 850W, so I can confidently eliminate that option.

Interestingly, I'm encountering the same problem with similar configurations. The CPU and GPU remain unchanged. Only the RAM type differs—64GB Trident Z RAM versus another model—and the motherboard brand varies but stays Z690. So far, my actions suggest a power supply unit issue might be affecting my GPU's undervolting. It hasn't triggered the restarting behavior during games yet, but I plan to install a new PSU.
