PC restarts and briefly fails to access the hard drive.
I put together a new PC last year, and during the past several months since I built it, it will randomly crash (maybe 5-6 times a week). It usually happens overnight or when the PC is not being used (which leads me to believe this isn't a thermal related issue). I've only had it happen a few times while actually using the PC and it is never heavy usage (just listening to music, working on Slides, etc., and never has crashed while gaming), and it stuttered and I saw some blue screen message pop up about "something went wrong", then it reboots faster than I can read anything else. But once it reboots, it gets stuck on the BIOS screen and doesn't have any Hard Drives to select to boot from. I have both an M2 SSD as well as a SATA HDD installed (neither are available in the BIOS when it reboots). If I just hit the power button to turn it off and back on, it boots back up just fine. When looking through the System Logs, I can't find anything that gives me any indication of what kind of failure caused the crash.
I have tried replacing the Motherboard and Power Supply, and tried running with just one RAM DIMM at a time so far. I ran the CrystalDiskInfo app and both of my drives look fine. I've updated the BIOS and all the Drivers I can find, as well as the drivers for the SSD. Oddly, when I switched from 2 to 1 RAM DIMM, it didn't crash for like 3 weeks. Then I swapped out the DIMMs, and again, it worked for about 3 weeks straight. Then it started crashing again and I downloaded the Samsung SSD driver update and it worked again for about 3-4 weeks. Now it has crashed 3 times in the last 4 days, twice while my wife or daughter were using it. I can't confirm this is a common thread since I don't know for sure who is logged in each night when it crashes, but when it has happened while in use, it has always been on my wife's Windows login.
Just wondering if anybody has experienced something like this before, or has any ideas on where I can focus my efforts to try to figure this out.

I believe the only occasion I used Safe Mode was at the beginning. I’m not sure it ever restarted within Safe Mode, but I don’t think I stayed there for too long—perhaps a few hours. I’m trying to figure out a pattern of which User is logged in now, but it hasn’t rebooted in about 4–5 days again. Next time it restarts, I’ll put it into Safe Mode and check if the same happens.
