Hi, your PC is having trouble starting without POSTing until you replace the CMOS battery and power it off. The white Q-LED light indicates a graphics card problem, but both your original and a second GPU are working. You’ve checked RAM, monitors, and PSU specs. What do you think?

The battery could be out, so swap it out.

I made the change (found under “I have tried”). It started working after installing the new battery, but restarting now isn’t resolving the issue.
