Obtain a replacement or initiate a return process. AIOs aren't meant for user maintenance or repairs, so attempting fixes isn't advised. Filling it up at the end will be difficult without a proper fill port and suitable fluid/additives to avoid corrosion. If clogging occurs, the source material must come from elsewhere—implying the cold plate or cooler is likely severely corroded internally.
If the AIO remains under warranty, it's the right time to initiate an RMA. In the meantime, do you have an air cooler? Even if a basic one isn't sufficient when the CPU is working hard, it should suffice for lighter tasks. Regarding AIO repairability by users, it differs depending on the model and is generally not advised. However, since it's your own unit, you're free to attempt repairs and experiment. Good luck!

I installed an air cooler just to see how it performed—it instantly lowered the temperatures. Now I’m idling at 35-40 degrees, which is a big improvement. I’ll order a replacement for the AIO through warranty, but for now I can use the PC without any noise. Thanks for spotting the problem and helping me figure it out; I wouldn’t have predicted an early AIO failure.
