When I activate "memory integrity" and enable "fast startup," my PC doesn't simply stay off after a shutdown. Instead, it restarts or turns itself back on. The issue arises when one of the earlier settings is turned off. I believe adjusting the BIOS/UEFI settings might resolve the problem.
