PC refuses to boot... Can't figure it out!
I discovered it, I think I'm really confused. I was looking on the board inside the computer... Haha but I found it and tried it. Connected it to my TV but it keeps looping in the same booting cycle. It tries to start but just shuts off after about five seconds. Even without the GPU installed? It feels like the Windows or BIOS is malfunctioning? When I try to boot, the screen doesn't appear at all—it does its best and then restarts. Keep repeating this, restarting again and again... Is there a way to make it boot properly?
Sorry, I can't view YouTube videos. Could you provide an alternative method for receiving the media? Thank you!

I attempted to boot the computer using only Battery, Motherboard & CPU, leaving everything else disconnected as advised. Despite this, the system remains stuck in the same issue. Anyone has suggestions on resetting all PC settings without accessing the BIOS or finding another way to restore functionality?
Hey a question.. I've been looking into clearing cmos via the motherboard since it wont start up.. But i'm missing something lmao. I've read about the jumper cab in order to clear the cmos. And i've just tried to do so along with deconnecting the BAT on the motherboard.. But i came to find that theres no jumper cab where it is supposed to be? Would disconnecting the BAT alone clear the cmos aswell, or is it recommended/required to do both steps? If it can give better results possibly getting the pc to boot up again via the jumper cab, i'd rather go for that thoguh than just disconnecting the BAT and hope for the best heheh
Anyone with knowledge? Im kinda surprised..
Edit: Manual also states to replace the BAT, is it required?
Thanks!
