Hello, I’ve been dealing with this problem for roughly a month. Every time I restart my PC, only one of the two RAM sticks lights up, and the MOBO shows an orange LED. I checked both sticks on single channels and swapped them around, discovering that one couldn’t restart in single channel. I replaced them through warranty and tried connecting them again, but the same issues persist. I’ve also tested the BIOS updates and enabled/disabled memory context restore without success. Anyone have suggestions? I’m really frustrated.

I’ve changed my BIOS to the newest release. For clarity, let me know which BIOS version you’re using on your motherboard. Did you reset the CMOS after confirming the BIOS update was applied?

When you turn off XMP and let the speed fall to the JEDEC default of 4800MT/s, what occurs depends on the situation. It's possible that MemTest86 will identify issues, though it may not always pinpoint the exact cause. You should also consider running MemTest86 again if you change the RAM speed.

7D75v1N1 (beta version) has been reset again. CMOS is also reinitialized. Yes, the Ram slots are present in A2 and B2.

I turned off both expo and xmp settings, and the default speed is now 4800. The problem persists. I haven’t run a memtest yet; I’ll do it and post the outcomes.
