My computer has been experiencing random black-screens and frequent restarts.
In the Event Viewer, I consistently encounter a Kernel-Power 41 (63) error — this occurred 11 times during the past week.
Occasionally, the screen briefly flashes black before the system continues operating.
Occasionally, it restarts but fails to boot into Windows, requiring manual activation; at that point, I see a black screen displaying "99."
This behavior does not occur while gaming or running stress tests (I tested Heaven Benchmark and AIDA64). It only appears when the PC is idle, during downloads, or when browsing the web.
Everything remains up to date, and the build is brand new.

System details: CPU AMD Ryzen5 9600X, cooler Thermalright AXP 120-X67, motherboard JGINYUE B650I NIGHT DEVIL (BIOS version: Agesa 1.2.0.3E), RAM Crucial PRO 32GB DDR5-5600, storage Crucial P3 Plus, GPU MSI INSPIRE RTX 5070, power supply FSP DAGGER PRO 850W GOLD, chassis Pccooler Hummingbird 3 - K101 Mesh 12L, operating system Windows 11 Home 24H2 26100.4652.
Monitor setup: I use two HDMI 2.1 compatible TVs, but mainly a 13" display via a mini HDMI port; the issue persists even when connected to a TV through HDMI. I don’t own a display with DisplayPort capability.

AMD Ryzen 5 9600X
MSI INSPIRE RTX 5070
Crucial PRO 32GB DDR5-5600
FSP DAGGER PRO 850W GOLD

When sharing a troubleshooting thread, it's standard to provide complete system details. List your specifications clearly as follows:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:

Include the PSU age along with its make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this time.
System is current and new.
During OS installation, did you use offline mode?
Disable the iGPU in BIOS, then attempt to remove all GPU drivers (Intel, AMD, Nvidia) using DDU in Safe Mode, followed by manual installation of the latest driver from Nvidia's support site via an elevated command—Right click installer > Run as Administrator.

Hello there,
Kernal power 41 indicates a power interruption. It usually suggests a PSU problem, though it doesn't always happen. Your PSU seems to be in good condition, so it might not be the cause.
It's a good idea to verify that all internal cables are properly installed and connected correctly.
Which BIOS version is active on your PC?

It's definitely worth trying. This means you can eliminate the possibility that the PSU is the problem.

PSU is completely inadequate.
OCP and OPP on +12V rail are not functioning properly (voltage outside range), response to minor changes is weak, and it doesn’t achieve the 80+ Gold standard.
Tier F
PSU Tier list: [link]
A new PSU is essential. Please replace it immediately.
For high-quality SFX PSUs, consider Corsair SF-series, Cooler Master V (Vanguard) Gold, Asus Rog Loki Platinum (SFX-L), Fractal Design ION SFX (SFX-L), Seasonic Focus SGX SFX-L.
If you already have one, once it’s replaced with a good quality unit, we can proceed further.

I had seen a review about it. But, upon closer inspection, you're right.

Although it's a recent Bios, there is a new one there. It might be worth updating the BIOS, and then doing a CMOS clear afterwards.

I turned off the iGPU, reinstalled the Nvidia drivers, and haven’t encountered any issues yet, though I’m considering trying the Corsair PSU if needed.

Also, I'm unfamiliar with that board partner before: JGINYUE B650I NIGHT DEVIL. It's definitely a new one for me. It looks like it's from China—I wonder if the quality of the board is up to standard. It's literally the cheapest B650 you can buy.
