Today I got my new watercooled PC and followed every instruction in the manual. The steps were simple: first, take off all the protective layers from the glass, then remove the packaging from the case, and finally inspect all the connections. I completed each part and noticed that one RAM stick wasn’t secured in its slot. After reinserting it properly and letting it rest for an hour, I powered it on. Everything functioned normally. I ran a benchmark and my 4080 stayed under 40°C. Once everything was set up, I installed the necessary software. Suddenly, the PC shut off completely without any warning. I thought maybe the Wi-Fi module wouldn’t work, so I took it out, waited while everything powered down, then reinserted it and restarted. It worked for about 15 to 20 minutes before shutting off again. After that I tried turning it on multiple times, but it only stayed on for a few seconds each time. I reached out to the company’s support team by email, but they didn’t respond in time and promised to help later. I still wanted to know if anyone could assist with this issue. Thanks ahead of time.

Specs: Motherboard – TUF GAMING X670E-Plus, CPU – AMD Ryzen 9 7900X @ 5.6 GHz (12 cores/24 threads), GPU – GeForce RTX 4080, RAM – 32GB RGB DIMM DDR5-6000, Storage – Crucial 4TB M.2 2280 SSD, Cooling – Water cooling for CPU and GPU, OS – Windows 11 Professional.

I couldn’t follow any other suggestions because the PC wouldn’t power up beyond a few seconds or milliseconds.

Perhaps power supply unit or poor heat transfer (grease not applied correctly)

Hello there! It looks like your power supply isn't working properly. The store where you purchased it should be able to help with the repair.
