PC Problems
Hello, yesterday when I powered on my PC it worked fine, but the monitor failed to recognize the connected device and both the keyboard and mouse stopped responding. I resolved it by disconnecting everything and restarting the computer. Today, after turning it back on, the same issues occurred—display wouldn't appear even after unplugging and powering it up, and the PC wouldn't shut down properly. There are no flashing lights or unusual colors on the motherboard, so I'm unsure of the cause. Anyone have any possible explanations or solutions? Also, I don't have integrated graphics, so I can't disable the graphics card or enter safe mode.

Hello, yesterday my PC started functioning properly until suddenly the screen went white. I turned it off and back on, but when I tried to connect it again, the monitor failed to detect the device and both the keyboard and mouse stopped working. I resolved it by unplugging everything and restarting the computer. Today I turned it on again and encountered the same issue—my display didn’t appear after unplugging, and when I attempted to shut it down, it wouldn’t turn off. There are no flashing lights or unusual colors on the motherboard, so I’m unsure what’s happening. Anyone know possible causes or solutions? Also, I don’t have integrated graphics, so I can’t disable the graphics card or use safe mode.
It seems like the power supply or graphics card might be the issue. You could ask a friend who knows computers to check it out and try swapping them. If you don’t have someone nearby, it would be best to take it to a repair shop for testing. They’ll have the necessary parts.

if you can contact Tom to seek assistance, you can also search online for relevant details. whether it's a particular model that's been built before or through past purchase records with various stores or custom builders. if someone was disconnected from their system, how would they apply the advice or solutions provided here to resolve those problems?
access the computer and retrieve the PSU's brand and model details
