Hello, according to the title, my computer unexpectedly powers off and restarts but doesn’t show any screen. I’ve tried reinstalling the GPU, reseating the CMOS, but nothing resolves the issue. Using My IntegratedGPU works and displays properly, yet when I connect my discrete card (Rx580 Sapphire Pulse 8GB), it fails to show anything and Windows can’t recognize it. Apologies for the poor phrasing, and here’s a photo of my GPU PCB. Please let me know if there’s anything wrong with it.

It seems the device has suffered damage, causing surface rust on the video outputs.

I don't remember purchasing it new, maybe it's been used before. Possibly the oxidation caused the issue.
