You've already identified some key points. It seems the issue persists even without P95, and leaving it idle for a short time restores power. Connecting separate cables didn't help. If the problem stems from the PSU tripping under load, it might be due to overheating inside. To diagnose further, you could check the temperature of the PSU and monitor its behavior during operation.

I got there with the same thought. Because I purchased it two weeks back, I requested a return and placed an order for a different PSU.

I powered on my PC to retrieve files and the PSU fan began running for a short time, but it produced unusual sounds suggesting an electrical interference, then it shut down completely. I’m certain nothing was dropped inside and there’s no visible external wire connected.

I discovered this small golden plastic card completely removed from the PSU. I’m not sure what it is, but it looks like a component from the PSU that came out. There’s a white residue on it, probably an adhesive.
