He got a fresh PC today and everything worked perfectly during setup. Since he had a lot of files, videos, and other data from his old machine, the best approach was removing the old hard drive and inserting it into the new one. He copied all necessary items and returned the old drive to the old PC for my mum. For the connection, he used the SATA cable and power from the SSD already installed in the new PC, thinking it was the optimal method. Now, whenever the PC starts up, the SSD appears as a brand new volume. I’ve tried formatting it but nothing changed. Someone, could you assist me?
