I thought the same thing. Builds often try to save space, and I’ll use memtest too. Might the power supply be responsible for the CPU light flashing on the debug LEDs?

The PSU might not be directly connected to a CPU fault, but it could lack the proper power to the rail, leading to these restarts. I don't think that's the case. You can also try running SCF Scannow and DISM to check your system files. With several crashes, the OS might become unstable.
