Ważnie, analizuję obecne problemy z komputerem przyjaciela, który bardzo nie działa prawidłowo.
Wyposażenie: R7 2700, Gigabyte GA-A320M-H, GSKill Aegis 32GB 3200Mhz (niedawny), Inno3d RTX2060 6GB, chłodnik Master MWE GOLD-V2 750W (wcześniej używany niezgodny z listą), 1TB SSD, nowy dysk.
System wykazuje niestabilność – częste wyświetlenia BOGO, spadek FPS podczas gry, rzadkie zawieszenia podczas przeglądania plików. Ogólnie wydaje się, że osiąga maksymalnie 70 FPS w najniższych ustawiach dla CS2 (czas GPU: 40 ms, CPU: 65°C), co jest znacznie piorujące niż oczekiwane.
Przetestowanie z użyciem 3DMark Time Spy: wyniki – ogólna 6557, GPU 6521, CPU 6918. Uważam, że dla tej konkretnej GPU ocena powinna wynosić około 7400.
Zgodnie z sprawdzeniami SMART i MATS wszystkie parametry są w normie. W testach SMART nie zaobserwowano anomalii, a aktualizowane są sterowniki. Dane z monitoru LibreHardwareMonitor z sesji 40-minutowej gry CS2 są dostępne – czekam na analizę.
Następny krok to przeprowadzenie testu memtest86, a jeśli nie uda się tego zrobić, rozważę pełne sprawdzenia MODS.
Warto też sprawdzić, czy nie ma problemów z chłodnictwem – np. w przypadku MOBO i CPU planowana jest wymiana.
Moje główna obawa to, czy stare, nieswojacze PSU mogły uszkodzić komponenty, np. poprzez nadmierną pracę ECC lub zwiększoną opórność pamięci, co mogłoby powodować problemy z stabilnością lub wydajnością. Nie mam jeszcze szczegółów, ale chciałbym to sprawdzić przed decyzją.
Masz jakieś pomysły na przyczynę, albo dodatkowe testy, które mogłaby przeprowadzić? Czuję się coraz bardziej zaniepokojony.
What BIOS version is your friend's motherboard running?
I checked Crucial 1TB ssd and it seems fairly recent, though I don’t recall the exact model.
It really does matter. Using Crucial's storage Executive Manager, verify if the drive needs any updates. If it’s brand new, check what your system was like before installing the drive—having a screenshot of Device Manager and Disk Management would be helpful.

It would be wise to mention the make and model of your older PSU. In the worst case, it might have caused the board or GPU to fail, leading to poor performance. Speaking of poor performance, the VRM layout on the motherboard appears subpar—this could indicate thermal throttling. Placing a fan near the VRM area might help and improve results. You might also consider borrowing another motherboard with the correct BIOS version to test if your components behave similarly. This would help confirm whether the board is the issue.

Before the drive, what version was installed?
WD Green 480gb SATA SSD (uncertain, but it mentioned a failure point), the current drive is Crucial MX500. I’ve heard that higher capacity versions of MX500 aren’t ideal, but it should still work, right?
When the issue happened, everything was just reinstalled without any migration.
What is the case model?
I haven’t managed to find a name for it (he doesn’t have any documents), though I can share some photos if needed. Probably no specific brand or model.

I’ll test the fan with a VRM trick and see what happens. Borrowing a MOBO would also be helpful; I think someone has a compatible spare board, but it might take some time (at least until Tuesday :c )
