PC performance issues, experiencing reduced FPS after short periods
My PC has been struggling lately and I'm confused about the cause. Even when playing games like Fallout 4 at the lowest settings, the frame rate is extremely low. When I start the game, everything runs smoothly for a while, but after a short time the FPS drops sharply to around 10 or 20. Here are my specifications.
It's an ASUS ROG, though I don't recall the exact model and can't search for it if needed.

It seems the processor is running hot, but I'm not sure which cooler you're using.
Is it a laptop or a desktop? If it's a desktop, check your case for a block with fans or a pump with tubes—this is your CPU cooler, and we need to identify its brand and model. For a laptop, the situation will be different. You should also keep an eye on your CPU and GPU temperatures using tools like Nvidia App, MSI Afterburner, or HWMonitor. Based on the symptoms you mention, it seems there might be an overheating issue.
it's a desktop i checked and the cooler doesn't have a brand name, but under the fan it says pbt-gf30 fr(12)
