PC parts inside a boot loop
Hi, I just assembled my new PC and it started looping. One day I was playing normally when suddenly everything stopped abruptly, showing a black screen instead of a restart. My PC kept receiving power, so I tried rebooting it. Now I'm stuck in a boot loop. I've attached a video to demonstrate the issue. I've tested other RAM channels, changed the PSU, swapped drives, adjusted the GPU, and even booted from the Windows USB drive, but it still keeps restarting. My setup includes a Ryzen 5 3600X with two 16GB Trident Z RAMs, an MSI MAG X570 motherboard, a Tomahawk Wi-Fi card, an Radeon RX 5700 XT graphics card, a G5 4xHDD, and a Westurn digital 5400 RPM 2TB RAID array. I believe the problem might be with my motherboard, and since all components are new except the drives, it could be a manufacturing defect. Thanks a lot, have a great day and sorry for the poor English. 20200704_125000.mp4
I believe I own the same mousepad. I’m not sure what else is useful, just wanted to share it publicly.
Unfortunately, I had already tried... and it didn’t make a difference.
