The GTX 770 offers a modest boost of about two-fifths in frames, yet that’s not the main concern—it’s surprising he achieves such a rate.

Locals are overly focused on FX being problematic, but it’s not that bad compared to the intel chips. Still, it shouldn’t cause any trouble running GTA V on a Phenom II quad with a 2010 GPU.

It might be the power source lacking sufficient current, though I’m open to testing another supply if needed.

Sure, I can ask someone you trust for help. Just let me know if you're unsure.

No one among my friends owns gaming rigs; everyone uses the same low-quality PSUs. They purchase entire computers without understanding what they’re getting.

Okkey allows you to explore alternatives first before investing in anything. Have you checked if your BIOS is up to date?

Yes, the most recent version came out in 2012, and your motherboard seems to be in poor condition. I used it with an FX 4*** processor.

1. The CPU isn't compatible with your system, though I don't think that's the case.
2. Refer to the drivers listed on vg247 from January 3rd; try reinstalling Windows if needed.
3. Verify power settings in both Windows and BIOS.
