Specs -
Ryzen 7 1700
MSI B550-Pro (latest bios)
The compatible card is my test card from a Dell oltiplex, which draws power from the PCIe slot.
I have experimented with
Rx 5700
Rx 5700xt
Rx 480 8gb x3
RTX 3060
Only the EVGA GeForce 8400 GS 512MB DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 works without triggering the VGA light on the motherboard.
I tried three different power supplies even though I’m certain they function properly.
Could you assist, or should I return the motherboard?

I resolved the issue by changing the PCIe slot to the third generation. After installing the RX 5700, it started up successfully. If others face similar problems, consider adjusting the rebar settings too, though it functions well for me now.
