over the past couple of weeks my pc has been shutting down unexpectedly. i checked the temperature and changed the thermal paste, but the issue persists. the shutdown happens randomly—not only during gaming or heavy tasks, but sometimes even when just browsing, and occasionally it doesn’t occur at all. i monitor the temps, which are usually between 37-40 degrees when i’m not using much power, but during high loads like gaming or opening apps, they can rise to over 80 degrees and trigger a shutdown at times. i’ve attached the event viewer for analysis: https://ibb.co/... and here’s the link: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1...sp=sharing

It keeps happening, I'm checking when I open Google Chrome; it closes quickly, and this also occurs while playing games, though it's not as rapid.

The issue persists despite the kernel power ACPI thermal zone being listed; CPU and GPU temperatures remain normal, approximately 40°C.
