I've been using this PC for roughly two years, and about two weeks ago it began stuttering unexpectedly while I was playing games or streaming. It happened even when I wasn’t doing anything intense, like watching YouTube or Twitch. The stutters usually last between one to two minutes before I have to shut it down using the power button. Sometimes it continues after I turn it back on and try to log in again, which leads me to shut it off once more. Additionally, my audio tends to cut out or stutter during these episodes, which was a bit surprising.

I've been reaching out to the support team for about a week, but their advice hasn’t resolved the issue. The only solution they suggested was a factory reset. I followed that step and still face the same problems. Before doing a factory reset, I tried several other fixes: updating drivers, reinstalling drivers, disabling hardware acceleration in Discord and Windows settings (as recommended by the manufacturer), leaving all XMP settings at default, performing a full factory reset, and even watching YouTube videos of people experiencing similar issues.

I’m certain it’s not related to overheating since my temperatures are normal. However, I have limited knowledge about computer hardware in detail, so I was hoping for some guidance here.

How full is your ssd? Im assuming Windows is on it?
Would be best taking it to a pc service centre because without spare parts to try like another ssd, memory, gpu or power supply for example is going to be very limited to what you can do yourself if it's hardware related.
Reset should have done something if there was software corruption, not so much if infected with a virus or malware. Try run Malwarebytes.

I noticed another error in Event Viewer, it showed "Kernel Power Event ID 41." This is my first time encountering this issue unless I hadn't noticed it before; I'm not sure if that's the main problem. After doing some research, most people suggested turning off fast boot, but I turned it off and everything seems to be working fine so far. This isn't the first time I've mentioned this problem.

For your first question, my SSD has 732 GB free out of 930 GB.
If turning off fast boot doesn't help, I'll need to visit a PC service center near me for testing.
