Hello,
I have just assembled a PC and encountered several problems. Upon booting into Debian, I encounter a kernel panic error. When trying to install Windows 11 fresh, the system freezes and displays different stop codes like "SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED" and "REFFERENCE_BY_POINTER." I suspect this might be related to hardware issues. So far, I have tried replacing the RAM, motherboard, power supply, and tested the USB drive that stores my installers. It is kept on a USB stick and the CPU has been verified on a test bench at a local shop.

My system specifications are:
CPU: Ryzen 5 4500
GPU: EVGA GTX 770
PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA 750
B2 RAM: 2x 8gb HyperX fury sticks @ 2111 mhz.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
RAM: 2x 8gb HyperX fury sticks @ 2111 mhz.
Have you shared the details of your RAM?
You didn’t mention the motherboard make and model. Also, please verify the BIOS version you’re using.
Can you try booting in Safe Mode for your Windows setup?
I just built a PC and am encountering some problems.
Have you reinstalled the operating system, especially if you moved the OS drive from an older version?

The RAM I have in the system is available here. My motherboard is the ASUS PRIME B550-A. The BIOS version I'm using is 3607. I believe entering safe mode isn't possible because when I choose the live installer, the Windows loading icon appears briefly before the system freezes and blue-screens. I haven't moved the OS drive from an older build. Thanks.

The following would be changed first, then a new Windows installation would be applied.

I have already replaced the GPU with a verified working one. I have also attempted to install Truenas Scale and Windows 11 from a reliable USB drive.
