My PC doesn't power up when I press the power button. The GPU and CPU fans move slightly, but nothing happens or turns on. My specs include a Ryzen 53600, GTX 1660 Super, 16 GB RAM (two sticks), and a new Corsair cx650f PSU.

I would attempt to swap out the PSU and check if it makes a difference.
