PC not starting properly!

I recently assembled this PC and have faced no issues. However, my CPU and GPU aren't turning on automatically when I power on the machine. If anyone can assist in resolving this, it would be greatly appreciated. The video linked provides a clearer view of the problem.

These high-end Asus boards are quite typical, particularly when using XMP/DOCP or manually boosting memory speeds. Both my Maximus Hero and my B450-I handle this well—no concerns needed.
