Hello, it seems your USB-C to USB-C cable isn't being detected on your PC and isn't charging properly, even after testing in a laptop. The reported power output ranges between 1.85W and 2.65W. It might be an issue with the phone itself, the motherboard, or another component. You've already tried two different cables without success. Could you provide more details about the device you're using?

It doesn’t make sense here. If your phone isn’t detected by your PC and another device uses different cables, the issue seems to be with your phone itself.

It worked after removing the data from the USB settings app. Appreciate the assistance!

It doesn’t make much sense... a USB cable stays hidden unless something is attached to it.
