Hello, it seems your USB-C to USB-C cable isn't being detected on your PC and isn't charging properly, even after testing in a laptop. The reported power output ranges between 1.85W and 2.65W. It doesn’t make sense here. If your phone isn’t detected by your PC and another device uses different cables, the issue seems to be with your phone itself.
