I received a brand new Vengeance RGB set for Christmas. After installing it and starting up, I encountered two error codes: "0cx0000098" and "0cx0000221." Trying safe mode didn’t resolve the issue. I powered off the PC and reinstalled the old RAM to check if it would boot. Now, after turning it back on, I’m not seeing any video output. I recently bought a new CPU and motherboard as well.

Try one RAM stick at a time, sometimes that's the problem I'm facing
