Good evening everyone.
PC is a fresh installation. The motherboard's RGB lights are on, RAM's RGB lighting is active, and the CPU display shows a warning logo.
It doesn't boot properly, and the fans aren't spinning. Could you assist with troubleshooting?
Mobo: Asus ROG Strix Z790-H
RAM: 32GB Corsair Vengeance DDR5
CPU: Intel i7 13700k
Memory: M.2 2TB Samsung 980 Pro
Cooler: Corsair iCue H100i Elite
Power Supply: Corsair RM1000
GPU: RTX 3080
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Attempt to start with just a single RAM stick and the CPU already present (no M.2, no GPU). Connect your monitor to the motherboard.

Hey there I appreciate you helping!!
An update on the pc. Flashed BIOS. Posted, plugged things back in. Decided it didn't want to work. Took the gpu out, it isn't that.
Could an m. 2 stop it from posting?

Usually it shouldn't, but it's still possible. Will it start without the M.2 device attached?
