Since it doesn't bring it back to the defaults, I had to reset it to the default state. The CMOS clear function acts like a safety stop, releasing the system's protection.

My PSU is a 600w Silver Power model from 2009, I think it's reached the end of its life. A friend has a Corsair vs550 in his PC, I plan to borrow it and test it to see if it fixes the problem. @Cggreen the BIOS restores everything to normal at 2.83 GHz with an Anto Vcore.
