Hi there,
My computer hasn't been working properly for about a year now. I think someone changed the RAM timing settings to something aggressive or competitive, but it won't boot at all. When I power it on, everything seems normal—lights and fans spin up just like before—and the CPU and RAM indicators stay active. I'm using Windows 11 64-bit with the 7700X, 7900XTX, Asrock B650M, and a bunch of Corsair components. I was running BIOS version 1.21, tried clearing CMOS and updating it, re-seated the CPU and RAM, even tried different RAM setups, but nothing worked. Please help if you can, I really don't understand what's going on.

Consider removing the RAM and testing one stick at a time. It's tough for OC characters to sustain damage like this, which could point to another issue.

Thanks for the feedback. I've already checked the RAM in every slot, but I decided to try again since results can vary.

I explored different RAM setups, but none used just one stick. You also asked if the system allowed a long startup time—like 20 minutes or more—to let the RAM fully initialize, since you were pausing it midway during memory training.

Consider checking the RAM overlock settings via the RAM profiler—options like XMP, DOCP, or EXPO are common. Adjust it to profile 1 or maintain the current level, which is the default. If you're having trouble locating these settings, resetting your BIOS can often resolve the problem. You should be able to restore the BIOS to its original configuration without much difficulty, though if that's not possible, searching for a tutorial specific to your motherboard on YouTube might help.

Hi, I've tested each stick separately and paired them in both slots, but nothing worked. I assumed the RAM training might be the issue, so I left it overnight without any changes.

Hey, sorry to hear that. It seems like the BIOS wasn’t loading properly, so I cleared it and tried the CMOS settings again.

It's uncertain whether the CMOS is working, and I'm not sure how to check it. You mentioned you're familiar with the process, but I need more details on how the reset was done.
