After finally building my first pc, everything is working other than that it wont detect my gpu (rtx 3060) instead it registers in device manager as "Microsoft 870", I have tried close to everything i can think of. Moving the gpu into a different slot, no red light on the motherboard. Checked the cables are seated fine, nothing works! Any suggestions on what i can do?

The GPU model and make are not specified. I haven't checked the driver installation from the manufacturer.

Based on your photos, the setup uses the standard Microsoft cloud drive that comes with Windows during a fresh installation. You should add Nvidia GeForce Experience and install the newest GPU driver; it will find the right one automatically. After setup, restart your computer. Also, update drivers for your motherboard and other components via the manufacturer’s website.
