I increased my monitor's speed from 60 to 75 Hz without issues. Then I attempted 80 Hz and after restarting the PC, the screen displayed flashing colors—white, red, green, blue—several times. Eventually, it showed "not optimum mode, recommended mode 1920x1080 60hz." Please help me, I had a lot of work on my computer and need it fixed.

What is the brand and model of your monitor? There is typically a method to reset it to factory settings by pressing specific buttons in a particular sequence, but I require this information to explain how.
