PC launches successfully yet fails to display the BIOS screen during the first build.
I chose to assemble my first computer this year because I had the funds and it was affordable. Now, after building it, I encountered a minor problem. The motherboard lights up red for the CPU and yellow for the RAM, but there’s no display or BIOS screen. The monitor still detects that the PC is on. I’m beginning to suspect the CPU might be faulty since I’ve checked the RAM, cords, monitor, and everything else except the CPU.

I'm not suggesting altering their stance, but perhaps removing one would help. Most probably, your mother isn't working with you. Could an LED be the issue?
I also did that, I left one stick behind and tried to run it with just one stick. It still kept the yellow light on even when using only one ram stick.
The duration of waiting during the initial boot was more than 10 milliseconds, as the systems required time to display on the screen.
