Sure thing. It seems the problem might be with your Windows username containing unusual characters. But since my username is Sam, it looks like I’m all set. I tried logging in as an admin and disabling antivirus.

In my previous message, I mentioned my Windows username as Sam All characters that are valid. The issue isn't the username itself.

Open the Device Manager, turn off your GPU, then start GTA V. When the Rockstar Social Club menu shows up, turn your GPU back on in the manager. This resolved my problem.

I attempted this. The launcher no longer crashes and bypasses the loading screen. However, it isn’t functioning properly now.

After the social club event showed up, did you turn on your GPU before the game started?

I tried turning it back on, but I'm still having trouble with the social club part.
