PC keeps restarting in an endless cycle 30 seconds following the power button press, and the screen remains off.
Proceed by disconnecting all storage devices.
The ram? Yeah, I tried that too, same thing.

Disconnect the monitor from the motherboard...test. If it restarts, identify which components remain connected.
Just the cpu now
It might be just the CPU, so maybe getting a replacement is the best choice for me.
