Hello everyone,
I constructed a PC in 2020 and here are the specifications. Its main use was for streaming YouTube content.
Eight months ago I faced a problem where the system would power on normally but then restart automatically after roughly five minutes. I attempted to disable automatic restart, but it kept happening. Around a month ago, it began restarting every 20 seconds without any visual indication.
I have tried the following:
- Removed, cleaned, and reinserted RAM.
- Removed, cleaned, and reinserted the GPU.
- Turned on the motherboard without the GPU and RAM.
None of these solutions resolved the issue; it still powers on for just ten seconds before shutting down without showing anything.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

the system requires a GPU, but the video output connections on the motherboard don't work with the 3600 CPU.
what power supply are you using?
only use the minimum setup: motherboard, PSU, CPU with cooler, GPU with power connected, monitor linked to the GPU, and try entering BIOS.

The B450M Pro4 R2.0 motherboard works with the Ryzen 5 3600. But it's important to verify the BIOS version already installed before purchasing, since the 3600 needs BIOS Version #3.30.

Thank you for your response. I'm using the PSU - Corsair RM550x - Fully Modular 80+ Gold.

I believe the PC would function adequately from 2020 onward, but it might halt unexpectedly due to a BIOS issue.

Keep track of your heat levels, especially the CPU's. Which cooling solution are you employing?

No screen is available for me to launch any programs. The computer powers off and turns back on every ten seconds.

What components are you using for your CPU cooler? After three years, you might consider taking out your CPU cooler, cleaning it thoroughly, reapplying thermal paste, and putting it back in place. It's definitely worth a try if done correctly. Have you ever accessed the BIOS during a restart? Usually, by pressing the delete key repeatedly when it begins to reboot.

Checked out a link to a video showing the process. I added some motherboard speakers to try diagnosing the beeps.

Normal updates might affect the hot system PC, didn't you disable sleep mode/hibernation (you haven't turned it off in 15 minutes)?
